Time to start shopping! We will take notes on all the homes we visit. It can be hard to remember all the details of each home, so take pictures or video to help you remember each home, and review the notes you have written.
Once we have found the house for you, we will present an appropriate offer based off of recent sales and current buyer activity in the area, as well as the value of the property in its current condition. Negotiations may take place after the offer is presented.

Evaluate the Neighborhood
The location is just as important as the house itself. Consider these factors:
Surrounding Homes
Are the surrounding homes well maintained? Do they enhance or detract from your property's value?
Traffic Patterns
How much traffic is on the street? Visit at different times to assess noise levels and safety.
Schools
Research school ratings and proximity, even if you don't have children - it affects resale value.
Shopping & Amenities
Is it conveniently located to shopping centers, grocery stores, and essential services?
Restaurants & Entertainment
Consider proximity to dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions that matter to you.
Parks & Recreation
Are there parks, walking trails, or recreational facilities nearby for an active lifestyle?
Smart Shopping Tips
Document Everything
Take photos and videos of each home. Create a simple rating system to compare properties later.
Take Detailed Notes
Write down your impressions, concerns, and questions about each property while they're fresh in your mind.
Visit Multiple Times
If you're serious about a property, visit at different times of day and days of the week.
Consider Total Costs
Factor in potential repairs, updates, and ongoing maintenance costs beyond the purchase price.
